Be In The Audience for Metronomy YouTube Presents Live Stream this Monday, April 30th!

On Monday, April 30, Metronomy will perform live on the web for YouTube Presents. If you live in the Los Angeles area, you and a friend can win a chance to be in the audience during this very special live-streamed session.
For those of you who aren’t lucky enough to be there in person, you can watch the session plus Q&A streamed live on the web at YouTube.com/Presents starting at 1pm PST / 4pm EST / 9pm GMT / 10pm Central European.

To enter for a chance to be in the audience, send an email to MetronomyYTpresents@gmail.com with METRONOMY YOUTUBE PRESENTS in the subject line. In your email, please include your full legal name and zip code. All ages welcome at this session.

Album Artwork Revealed

So, the album artwork image has started popping up about the place.

I’d wanted a bit more of a fanfare than that…here is that fanfare…

The image was designed by the late John Gorham. I was first made aware of John’s work (accidentally) through a tourist information poster he designed for ‘The English Riviera’ tourist board. When I first arrived in Devon the design was still very much in use and did the (quite difficult job) of making the Devon coastline seem like the holiday destination. It is with the kind permission of John’s wife that we have been allowed to use the image.

I’m no graphic design historian, so if you would like a bit more of a inside scoop on John’s career then I suggest following this link
